PROOFS
ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR ORDER FORM YOU WILL NEED TO SEND US THE WORDING FOR YOUR INVITATION SUITE. KINDLY TYPE IT OUT EXACTLY HOW YOU WOULD LIKE IT TO APPEAR ON YOUR INVITATION, RSVP & ANY INSERTS IN AN EMAIL OR A WORD DOCUMENT. PLEASE DO NOT FORMAT (CENTERING, FONTS, SPACING, ETC)…WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS FOR YOU. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL SPELLING BEFORE SENDING.
AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR WORDING, WE WILL BEGIN THE PROOFS. YOU WILL RECEIVE A PDF FILE OF YOUR INVITATION SUITE. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE DESIGN & ALSO CORRECT ANY SPELLING ERRORS. WE ASK YOU KEEP MAJOR DESIGN CHANGES (COLOR, FONTS, LAYOUT) TO ONE CHANGE. WE WILL NOT SEND YOUR ORDER TO THE PRINTER UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED & GIVE US THE WRITTEN PERMISSION THAT WE ARE OK TO PRINT. ANY MISTAKES FOUND AFTER THE INVITATIONS HAVE BEEN PRINTED CANNOT BE CORRECTED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL FEES. SO PLEASE BE SURE TO TRIPLE CHECK & ASK A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO ALSO LOOK OVER BEFORE GIVING US THE APPROVAL TO PRINT.
CHANGE IN ORDER
ALL NECESSARY SUPPLIES (POCKETFOLDS, RIBBON, ETC) ARE ORDERED ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER FORM. THEREFORE, WE MOST LIKELY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE QUANTITY & COLOR CHANGES WITHOUT A SERVICE FEE.

TURNAROUND TIME

IF WE ARE PRINTING YOUR GUEST ADDRESSES FOR YOU, YOU WILL NEED TO SEND US AN EXCEL DOCUMENT WITH YOUR GUEST NAMES & ADDRESSING. WE WILL PRINT THESE NAMES & ADDRESSES EXACTLY HOW YOU GIVE THEM TO US, SO PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL SPELLING. WE RECOMMEND YOU SPELL OUT ALL STATES & STREET NAMES, DO NOT ABBREVIATE. WE ALSO ASK YOU SEND US ONE FINAL ADDRESS FILE & DO NOT SEND IN STAGES. IF YOU CATCH A MISTAKE ON YOUR FILE & NEED TO RE-SEND, KINDLY INDICATE IN THE SUBJECT LINE CHANGE IN ADDRESS FILE. PAYMENT
A 50% DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME YOU PLACE AN ORDER & THE BALANCE + TAX (IF APPLICABLE) AND SHIPPING WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD AT THE TIME OF SHIPPING.
